Prefix Entry in Coverage of Faith
Despite our explanation, that the practice of heart has a higher position than the practice of the body, but that does not mean then we take for granted the influence of the practice of the body. Because good deeds of a person's body is a clean proof of the heart and perfect of faith.
In the Ahlussunah wal Jama'ah creed, the practice of the body falls within the scope of faith. Because the notion of faith according to the Ahlussunah wal Jama'ah creed, faith is the belief in the heart, which is verbalized, then performed by the limbs. Faith increases and diminishes, increases because of the deeds of obedience, diminishes by immoral acts.
Many theorems that show that the body of practice is included in the scope of faith. Among the words of Allah ta'ala,

Many theorems that show that the body of practice is included in the scope of faith. Among the words of Allah ta'ala,
"Those who believe are those who are called by the name of Allah will quake their hearts, and when recited their verses increase their faith (therefore), and only unto the Lord shall they put their trust" (Surat al-Anfal: 2).
Then Allah 'azza wa jalla explains in the next verse, continues on who those believers are,
"Those who establish the prayer and spend of some of the sustenance We have given them." (Surat Al Anfal: 3).
"Those are the believers in truth. They will gain some degree of altitude on the side of their Lord and the glorious forgiveness and sustenance (blessings) "(Surat al-Anfal: 4).
In another verse Allah 'azza wa jalla says,
"God will not waste your faith. "(Surat al-Baqarah: 143).
In a hadith, narrated by Imam Bukhori it is explained that this verse goes down with some of the Companions of the Prophet, who were killed before the qibla movement (from the Baitul Maqdis to the Ka'bah), what was the fate of their prayers? Is it acceptable? Then Allah revealed this verse to His Apostle.
So the definition of Faith in the above verse is the prayer. Where pray is part of the deeds of the body. But in this verse, God calls it also as Faith. This shows that the practice of the body is also included in the scope of faith. Imam Bukhori in his book of shohih wrote a chapter:
"Chapter: Praying part of the Faith"
Then Al-Hulaimi rahimahullah explained,
"The commentators agree (on the meaning of the verse above) that what Allah meant by" Prayer you "in the above verse is your prayer when facing Baitul Maqdis. It is evident that the prayer belongs to the faith. If so, then the whole practice of obedience; entirely in the sense of faith. Since it is not known that there is a difference between the prayer and other worship practices. "(Al-jami 'Li Syu'abil Faith 1/121)
