Can not Correct Speech Jin on a Witch or an Object

There are clerics whether or not they may invite the jinn to speak to a possessed or bewitched person. In spite of this dispute, sometimes the jinn speak for themselves without being asked. There are some explanations from the scholars regarding the jin greeting

[1] The explanation is not to believe because their laws of origin lie

[2] There should be the ability to be able to tell whether a genie is true or not, whether the genie is lying or not. It is quite difficult to have this ability

Shaykh Abdullah Al-Faqih explains that do not believe in the jinns because they are famous lies. He said,

ﻻ ﻳﺼﺪﻕ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺧﺒﺎﺭﻩ؛ ﻟﺜﺒﻮﺕ ﻓﺴﻘﻪ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﺪﺍﺀ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺲ , ﻭﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﺠﻦ ﻻ ﻳﺆﺗﻤﻨﻮﻥ , ﻭﻻ ﻳﻮﺛﻖ ﺑﻤﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻟﻮﻥ , ﻓﻬﻢ ﺃﻫﻞ ﻛﺬﺏ ﻭﺧﺪﺍﻉ، ﻭﻣﺪﻋﻲ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻻ ﻳﻌﻠﻢ ﻫﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺻﺎﺩﻕ ﺃﻭ ﻛﺎﺫﺏ

"It is not justified by the news of the jinn, for it has kept their wickedness on their deeds. Jin is unbelievable and does not believe what they say. They are a group that often lies and lies. They claim to be "Muslim genies" but it is not known whether they are honest or false. "[1]

One of their arguments lies is the hadith of Abu Hurairah who met the jinn and then obtained information on the virtue of the verse seat, then reported to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and he said that this time the devil is right when they often lie. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said at that time,

أَمَا إِنَّهُ قَدْ صَدَقَكَ وَهُوَ كَذُوب

"As for that time he was right, but he was a liar." [2]

Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani explains this hadeeth and gives faidah that the law of the origin of the jinn likes to lie, he said,

ﻭﺃﻧﻬﻢ – ﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﺠﻦ – ﻳﺴﺮﻗﻮﻥ ﻭﻳﺨﺪﻋﻮﻥ

"That they are jinn, like to steal the news (then lie) and cheat." [3]

[2] There should be the ability to be able to tell whether a genie is true or not, whether the genie is lying or not. It can be quite difficult to have this ability

Shaykh Muhammad Ali Firkous explains this, he said

أما ﻣﺴﺎﺀﻟﺘﻬﻢ ﻭﻣُﺤﺎﻭﺭﺗﻬﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﻻﻣﺘﺤﺎﻥ ﻟﺤﺎﻟﻬﻢ، ﻭﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔِ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﻋﺘﺪﺍﺋﻬﻢ، ﻟﺪﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻭﺇﺯﺍﻟﺘﻪ…..ﻣﻊ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻣﻘﺪﺭﺓٍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳُﻤﻴِّﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺻﺪْﻗَﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺬﺑﻬﻢ؛ ﻓﺤﻜﻤُﻪ ﺍﻟﺠﻮﺍﺯ

"As to ask or speak for the purpose of testing their circumstances and to know the form of hostility, prevent tyranny .... with the ability to distinguish whether the genie is truthful or lying, then the law is permissible. "[4]

The ability to distinguish this which can be quite difficult. As the Shaykh rabbi 'bin Hadi al-Madkhali explains, he said,

ﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺪﺭﻳﻚ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ؟ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻘًﺎ ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ : ‏( ﺃﻧﺎ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ !( ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻛﺎﻓﺮًﺍ ، ﻭﻳﻘﻮﻝ : ‏( ﺃﻧﺎ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ !( ﺟﻨﻲ ﻣﺎ ﺗﻌﺮﻓﻪ ﻭﺃﻧﺖ ﻻ ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﻐﻴﺐ

"What makes you know (sure) that the genie is Muslim (claimed to be Muslim), because it could be a jinni who is a hypocrite and could be a genie that is kafir. The state of the genie you do not know and you do not know the unseen. "[5]
