A. MAGIC TREATMENT
Wizarding can be done in two ways:
First, with the appropriate ruqyah shari'a
Among the methods that have been practiced and it is effective is
1. Bathing with water that has been mixed leaves of bidara
Preparation: Give 7 leaves of green letters, and enough water buckets for bathing.
How:
a. Blend the lettuce leaves with crushed, and mix into prepared water.
b. Read the following verses near the water (outside the shower):
1) Read ta'awudz: a-'uudzu billahi minas syaithanir rajiim
2) Verse of seat (Surat al-Baqarah: 255)
3) QS. Al-A'raf, from verses 117 to 122
4) QS. Jonah, from verses 79 through 82
5) QS. Taha, from verses 65 to 70
6) Surat Al-Kafirun, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas
7) Drink the water above 3 times (may use small glass)
8) Use the rest for a bath.
9) This way can be done several times, until the magic effect is lost.
(this method is mentioned by Dr. Said bin Ali bin Al-qohthani in his book ad-two wa yalihi al-ilaj bi-Ruqa, p.35).
2. Read some verses al quran then blown

a. Read Al-Fatihah's letter, verse seat, the last two verses of Al-Baqarah, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas.

From Ibn Abbas and A'ishah radhiyallahu 'anhuma recounts:
There used to be a Jewish teenager who served the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. So, some Jews came to see this boy. Until finally this teenager took hair hair head of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and pieces of hair brush, and he gave to the Jews. Finally, they use this hair as a material to conjure the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. The witch is a Jew of Bani Zuraiq, whose name is Labid bin A'sham. The magic knot of the hair is planted in the lake belonging to Bani Zuraiq, his name is Dzarwan well.
Because of this magical influence, the Prophet's devotion 'alaihi wa sallam fell ill, so that his hair fell easily. He seems to be doing something with his wife when he does not do anything. Until he finally dreams, he sees two angels coming. The one sitting near his head and who sits at his feet.
The first angel asked, "What happened to this man?" "She's enchanted." Answer the second angel. "Who's bewitching?" Ask the first angel. "Labid bin A'sham is a Jew." Answer the second angel. "With what is he bewitched?" The answer: "With hair and brush pieces." "Where's the knot?" He replied: "Wrapped in date palm leather, crushed stone, in the well of Dzarwan." The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam awakened. Then he went to the well of Dzarwan at Bani Zuraiq with Ali bin Abi Talib, Zubair bin Awam, and Ammar bin Yasir.
Ali was commanded to take the stone, to remove the magic knot wrap. At that time, Allah sent two letters Al-Muawidzatain (letters Al-Falaq and An-Nas). Earlier, Ali bin Abi Talib was ordered to read the two letters. Apparently in it there are a few strands of hair and pieces of comb. There is also an odd number of bundles. Then it was destroyed and the well was closed.
Immediately, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam immediately felt light and lost the influence of his magic. After the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam returned, he conveyed to his wife:
Aisha, the water is in the henna, or upstream of the leaking trees.
"Hi Aisha, well water is like having a girlfriend's leaf (Henna), or like a palm like a demon's head." (Narrated by Bukhari 5763)
Imam Ibnul Qoyim in Zadul Ma'ad said:
How to cure this pain there are two, among them is to remove the source of magic and destroy it. This is the most perfect way. Since there is a true history of him 'alaihi wa sallam that he prays to God about the source of the magic that befell him, then Allah shows that the roots are in the well, with hair and brush cuts wrapped in the date of the male date. When it is released, the spell goes away, just as he is free from bondage. This is the most powerful method to heal a man who is bewitched. Because it eliminates the source of disease in the body (Zadul Ma 'ad, 4: 113)
B. PREVENTION OF THE MAGIC
1- In every circumstance constantly meditate Allah Almighty and put His trust in Him, and keep away from Shirkism in all its forms.
2- Implement every obligation that Allah Almighty commands, and keep away from any forbidden, and repent of every act of sin and ugliness. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to Ibn' Abbas Radhiyallahu 'anhu:
Son! I teach you words, keep God looking after you.
"O child, I will teach you a few sentences ... Take care of Allah, trust Allah will take care of you ..." [HR Tirmidhi]
3. Do not allow children to wander during sunset. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If the night has come in-if you are in the evening-then hold your children, for the devil roams around that time. [HR Bukhari Muslim].
4-house cleaning of crosses, sculptures, preserved animals and still life drawings and dogs. It is said in the hadith that the angels will not enter the house where there is such thing. So it is also cleaned from standard devices, guitar, piano, flute and music.
5. Increase the reading of the Qur'an and manjadikannya as a daily dhikr. From Abu Hurairah Radhiyallahu 'anhu, that the Messenger of Allaah sallallahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

6 - Membentengi diri dengan doa-doa dan ta'awudz serta dzikir-dzikir yang disyariatkan, seperti dzikir pagi dan sakit, dzikir-dzikir setelah shalat fardhu, dzikir sebelum dan sesudah bangun tidur, do'a saat masuk dan keluar rumah, a ketika naik kenderaan, do'a saat masuk dan keluar masjid, do'a saat masuk dan keluar bilik mandi, do'a saat melihat orang yang mandapat musibah, dan dzikir-dzikir yang lain.
Ibnuul Qayyim mengatakan, "Sesungguhnya para penyihir itu akan bekerja sempurna jika mengenai hati yang lemah, jiwa-jiwa yang penuh dengan syahwat yang senanantiasa bergantung pada hal-hal rendahan. Oleh sebab itu, umumnya banyak hal mengenai para wanita, anak-anak , orang-orang bodoh, orang-orang pedalaman, dan orang-orang yang lemah dalam berpegang teguh terhadap agama, sikap tawakkal dan tauhid, dan orang-orang yang tidak memiliki bahagian sama sekali dari dzikir-dzikir Ilahi, doa-doa, dan ta 'awwudzaat nabawiyah. 7. Memakan tujuh butir kurma 'ajwah setiap pagi hari. Berdasarkan sabda Nabi Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam:
Setiap hari, tujuh hari yang tak pernah dia bawa pada hari itu, racun dan sihir.
"siapa yang makan tujuh tanggal tanggal 'ajwah di setiap pagi, maka racun dan sihir tidak akan bisa membahayakan dia pada hari itu". [HR Bukhari dan Muslim]
